The Steer


The Steer contains two Otter Creek Farms Wagyu Ribeye Steaks.  Local fare includes Truffles from Cocoa Bistro, Mushrooms from The Fungi Connection, Honey from Bee Happy Honey, Garlic from Rock n’ Rail Farms.  Also featuring Herbed & Maple Chili Butter from Chef Will and Chef Francois from Otter Creek Farms Food Truck.
